Laura is the owner of Mandorla Massage and lives in Motueka with her family. She has been practising massage since 2004 and brings over two decades of experience, passion and ongoing study to her work.

Her treatments draw from a wide range of modalities, combining therapeutic and restorative techniques to suit each client’s needs on the day. Whether the body is holding deep tension from injury, long-term stress, or pregnancy, Laura adapts each session to support release, recovery and deep relaxation.​

Education and Certifications
MTI Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage
A professional qualification focused on full-body wellness, combining anatomy and physiology with holistic massage techniques to support deep relaxation, improved circulation and nervous-system balance.
BTEC/ISRM Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage
An advanced clinical diploma specialising in assessment and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues using deep tissue, remedial and rehabilitation-focused techniques to reduce pain and restore function.
Postgraduate in Pregnancy Massage
Specialist training in safe and supportive massage for pregnancy, including positioning, hormonal considerations and techniques that relieve tension while nurturing both mother and baby.
Fascial Unwinding
Specialist training in intuitive fascial work, focusing on listening through the hands, parasympathetic activation and supporting the body to gently release deep tension and holding patterns from within.
